$1.5M Katrina Damages Ruling Blown Away In 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Wind damage from Hurricane Katrina to a Gulf Coast developer's condominium project was not covered by a builder’s risk policy issued by the Great American Insurance Co. of New York, a federal appeals court has ruled, reversing a $1.525 million damages finding.
