Ace Found Not Liable In Fuel Tank Discharge Suit

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 12:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that Ace American Insurance Co. is not liable for costs related to an oil spill at a radio station owned by Piedmont Broadcasting Co., finding that an insurance policy issued by Ace did not cover aboveground fuel storage tanks.
