Ex-Neiman Marcus Workers Seek $4.4M Wage Row Deal OK
By Mike LaSusa (January 29, 2019, 6:34 PM EST) -- A class of former employees of the Neiman Marcus Group asked a California federal court on Monday to give final approval to a $4.4 million settlement deal aimed at resolving claims the department store company systematically violated minimum wage and overtime laws.
The plaintiffs said in Monday's filing that the deal had not encountered opposition from any of the nearly 2,400 class members notified after it was preliminarily approved in September.
