Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 5:34 PM EDT) -- The owners of New York's upscale Park Avenue Cafe have been handed a partial victory in a suit accusing the restaurant of race and religious discrimination against its Muslim employees, successfully blocking a motion for class certification and winning the dismissal of one discrimination claim.
