Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 7:42 PM EDT) -- While it isn’t quite as glamorous as Hollywood, actor Warren Beatty will shortly be back in front of the camera: A bankruptcy judge has reportedly refused Beatty's request not to videotape his deposition in litigation with Tribune Co. over the movie and TV rights to the character Dick Tracy.
