Wal-Mart, Netflix Face New Claims Over DVD Sales

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Netflix Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. — already facing a putative class action claiming that they colluded to divide the rental and retail markets for DVDs, driving up Netflix subscription prices — have been hit with new claims that the alleged scheme allowed Wal-Mart to overcharge for DVD sales.
