Delphi Retirees Focus Pension Fight On PBGC Suit

Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A group of retirees from bankrupt auto parts supplier Delphi Corp. has dropped a lawsuit over alleged conflicts in the company's plan to terminate an employee pension plan, instead seeking permission to intervene in a similar suit filed by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. over the fund.
