NJ Doctor Can't Escape Quest’s Claims In Cancer Death Suit
Law360 (March 4, 2019, 9:42 PM EST) -- Quest Diagnostics can continue with a third-party suit blaming a New Jersey gynecologist for a woman’s cancer death due to an untimely diagnosis, after a state appeals court ruled Monday that a precedential state high court ruling doesn’t bar the claims.
