NJ Debtor Faces Skeptical Court In Bid To Revive Class Action

Law360, Newark (March 5, 2019, 3:49 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals panel expressed skepticism Tuesday over a woman’s bid to revive her proposed class action against Midland Funding LLC for allegedly attempting to collect debts without the requisite state license, saying she had previously consented to a judgment in a related suit the business brought against her.
