Roger Stone's Book Intro A Breach Of Gag Order, Judge Says

Law360 (March 5, 2019, 9:35 PM EST) -- A D.C. federal judge took self-described political dirty trickster and Trump campaign veteran Roger Stone to task on Tuesday, saying the release of a preview to his book on the internet violated a gag order she had imposed last month.

U.S. District Judge Jackson laid into Stone for telling the court that the publication of his book was “imminent” when the book’s introduction — which criticizes the investigation that led to the charges against Stone — is already available on the web.
