Steakhouse Employees Get Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 1:56 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has opted to certify a collective action against Uncle Jack's Steakhouse, ruling that the current employees can press on together with allegations that the New York City restaurant chain violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.
