Med Mal Claims Revived In Mass. Woman's C-Section Death

By Mike Curley (March 11, 2019, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Two doctors accused of failing to save a woman who died after an emergency cesarean section and hysterectomy will go to court after the Massachusetts Appeals Court on Monday revived claims the trial court had dismissed.

A three-judge Appeals Court panel found 2-1 that a medical malpractice tribunal assigned to screen the case was wrong to clear Drs. Cara Attanucci and Henry Lerner of claims filed by Jesus Feliciano on behalf of the estate of his daughter, Natasha Feliciano.
