NY, DRAM Defendants Call Truce In Discovery Fight

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 4:02 PM EDT) -- The state of New York and manufacturers in the ongoing multidistrict antitrust litigation over dynamic random access memory have settled a discovery dispute, paving the way for the state to access information pertaining to the defendants' settlement deals with computer makers.

On Monday, Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California approved a settlement deal between the state and several defendants including Hynix Semiconductor Inc.
