Antitrust Claims Against Rembrandt Go Forward

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 12:08 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday gave the go-ahead to antitrust claims against Rembrandt Technologies LP in complicated multidistrict litigation over several data-over-cable patents that has drawn in electronics giants Motorola Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Netgear Inc.

Judge Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware approved recommendations by Magistrate Judge Leonard P. Stark made in late June.
