Insurance Broker Countersues Delta Retirees

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 1:57 PM EDT) -- An insurance broker has fired back at Delta Air Lines Inc. retirees in a suit over the broker’s alleged fraudulent work in procuring benefits packages after the airline filed for bankruptcy in 2005, arguing that the retirees cannot renege on their agreement to retain the broker.
