Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Disgruntled consumers have suffered a setback in a putative class action accusing Costco Wholesale Corp. of swindling them out of full trays of shrimp with cocktail sauce, with a federal judge deciding to throw out a breach of contract claim and shift the two remaining claims to a different court.
