Digitek MDL Claims Survive Motions To Dimiss

Law360, New York (August 3, 2009, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A judge denied several motions Monday from defendants to dismiss claims in multidistrict litigation over alleged problems in the manufacture of Actavis Totowa LLC's heart disease drug Digitek.

Chief Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia denied motions from the defendants to dismiss five claims from the master consolidated complaint for individuals.
