Greenberg, Gale Lose Bids For Judgment In Fee Case

Law360, New York (August 4, 2009, 10:13 PM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP and former client Gale Corp. have both lost bids for summary judgment in a suit over a disputed $218,500 bill for attorneys' fees stemming from a patent infringement suit against Gale, which makes tools for the cable TV industry.
