Coyotes Owner's Contempt Hearing Pushed Back

Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 3:29 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing the bankruptcy case of the Phoenix Coyotes hockey team has delayed a show cause hearing for team owner Jerry Moyes, postponing the decision on whether he and his attorneys should be held in contempt for the release of confidential documents.

The hearing was supposed to take place Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, but, the Associated Press reported, Judge Redfield T. Baum Sr. pushed back the hearing to a time unknown.
