Huron Hit With Securities Suit After Execs Resign

Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Huron Consulting Group Inc. faces a proposed shareholder class action in the wake of announcements that its top three executives had resigned and that the legal and financial consulting firm would be restating more than three years of financial filings, resulting in a drop in reported revenue by almost half.
