Target Seeks DOC Reversal On Chinese Toy Box Order

Law360, New York (August 6, 2009, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Target Corp. has launched a suit against the U.S. Department of Commerce over the regulator's refusal to grant the retailer's request to exclude its toy box product from a 2004 anti-dumping order levying duties on some wooden bedroom furniture imported from China.

The company filed a summons for the Commerce Department, the U.S. attorney general and the U.S. International Trade Commission with the U.S. Court of International Trade Wednesday.
