Law360, New York (August 6, 2009, 9:26 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to deny a motion to dismiss a suit brought by 50-lawyer San Francisco personal injury firm Brayton Purcell LLP, which alleges a two-attorney team engaged in copyright infringement and unfair competition by stealing the content of a Web site advertising legal services for victims of elder abuse.
