HP Hit With Suit Over Unpaid Commissions

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Three former sales employees have filed a proposed class action against Hewlett-Packard Co., alleging the computer technology company failed to pay commissions and bonuses to as many as 50,000 employees due to a malfunctioning software system that tracks sales.
