Dr. Reddy's Files FDA ANDA For UCB Epilepsy Drug

Law360, New York (March 22, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Indian drug maker Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has filed an abbreviated new drug application with the United States Food and Drug Administration for levetiracetam, a generic form of Belgian pharmaceutical company UCB's epilepsy drug Keppra.

UCB has already filed a law suit against Dr.Reddy's in the U.S. district court for the District of Georgia, alleging patent infringement on the two Orange Book patents.
