Lenox Says State Farm Suit Would Damage Defense

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 4:03 PM EDT) -- A declaratory judgment lawsuit filed by State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. seeking to stop defense costs in a messy $4 million breakup of an Atlanta mortgage partnership threatens to damage Lenox Financial Mortgage LLC's defense and should be halted until the underlying case is resolved, the mortgage company said in a court filing.
