JPMorgan Loan Officers Pitch $2.5M Deal In OT Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 2:17 PM EDT) -- A group of current and former JPMorgan Chase & Co. loan officers who claimed the company failed to pay them overtime and misclassified them as exempt from federal and New York state wage-and-hour laws has asked the judge overseeing the case to give a green light to a $2.5 million settlement.
