Employment Firms Find Stability In Changing Workplace Law

Law360 (May 13, 2019, 8:03 PM EDT) -- The top dog in labor and employment law stayed well ahead of the pack last year while a midsize competitor surged as employers around the country clamored for its help in keeping up with an ever-evolving web of state and local laws.

Law360's annual ranking of the 400 biggest firms by U.S. attorney head count found Littler Mendelson PC firmly atop the totem pole of labor and employment-focused firms while its head count stayed mostly unchanged from last year, rising under .5% to 1,070 U.S. attorneys.

Meanwhile, fourth-place Fisher Phillips grew by nearly 10% to boast 394 attorneys at the end...
