Judge Won't Dismiss Mich. Blue Cross ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 12:57 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has kept alive an estimated 900,000-member proposed class action against Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan brought by participants of a General Motors Corp. health plan who claim their benefits were improperly denied.
