Madoff CFO Pleads Guilty To 10 Fraud Counts

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 4:44 PM EDT) -- The former chief financial officer at Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC has pled guilty to his involvement in Madoff's massive $65 billion Ponzi scheme, the third individual to face criminal charges in the case.
