Insurer Needn't Cover Bar For Patron's Truck Attack

Law360 (May 20, 2019, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A split Ohio appeals court has affirmed that Century Surety Co. doesn't have to cover a bar sued after a domestic dispute between married patrons ended with the husband slamming his truck into the building and injuring two people, holding that an exclusion for assault and battery claims precludes coverage.
