Honeywell Drops Suit Over Navy GPS Contract

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 8:13 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has dropped a lawsuit in which it accused defense supplier Raytheon Co. and aviation electronics maker Rockwell Collins Inc. of conspiring to restrain trade during the sale of advanced GPS units to the U.S. Navy.

The three companies filed a stipulation Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey dismissing all claims between them with prejudice. Judge Stanley R. Chesler approved the stipulation on Tuesday.
