Small Telecoms Lob Antitrust Suit At AT&T

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A group of small telephone carriers has filed an antitrust lawsuit in the hopes of stopping AT&T Corp. and its subsidiaries from doing away with a program that allows them to participate in a $50 cash-back promotion, saying the move will put them out of business because they will be forced to price their services well below cost.
