Early Wins Denied In San Diego Transit Workers' Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 2:30 PM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing a wage-and-hour class action brought by San Diego transit workers has denied the majority of the parties' summary judgment motions, ruling that it is too early to make a call on the question of whether Laidlaw Transit Services Inc. violated California labor laws.
