Agents' Suit V. Brooke Lending Arm, Banks Quashed

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a suit filed by more than 80 former insurance agents for Brooke Corp. accusing the bankrupt insurance agency's commercial lending arm and several banks of civil fraud and racketeering.
