AT&T Files Complaint Over Cablevision HD Channels

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 4:37 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. has asked the Federal Communications Commission to halt Cablevision Systems Corp.'s allegedly anti-competitive practices by stopping Cablevision from denying AT&T access to its high-definition programming for two of its regional sports networks.

In a 56-page complaint filed with the FCC on Thursday, AT&T accused Cablevision of unreasonably refusing to sell it the HD version of its MSG and MSG Plus channels for AT&T to add to its U-verse TV service for its Connecticut customers.
