Alston & Bird Helps Wells Fargo Unit With $400M NY Loan

Law360 (June 12, 2019, 1:26 PM EDT) -- Alston & Bird represented a Wells Fargo entity in connection with the bank's $400 million loan for a property on Hudson Street in Manhattan to the real estate division of Trinity Wall Street Episcopal Church, according to records made public in New York on Wednesday.

The loan from Wilmington Trust NA, a Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Servicing entity, is for 375 Hudson St., and the borrower is Trinity Wall Street.
