Hewitt Workers Seek Class Status In OT Action

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Customer service associates of Hewitt Associates LLC have asked a federal court to allow their overtime case against the human resources and consulting firm to proceed as a conditional opt-in collective action.

Four named plaintiffs filed a motion on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida seeking to create a conditional class and notify potential class members who worked as customer service associates or similar positions at the company within the last three years.
