Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that an agreement Ericka Brown signed when she was let go by Sears Holdings Management Corp. barred her from bringing an overtime class action against her former employer, rejecting her argument that she could not waive her ability to bring a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action against Sears as a matter of law.
