Synergetics Can't Claim Price Coercion In Alcon Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 1:19 PM EDT) -- Microsurgical device maker Synergetics USA Inc. has lost its bid to revive its theory of price coercion in an antitrust suit accusing Swiss rival Alcon Inc. of illegal product tying.
