Calif. Title Insurers Move To Toss Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A group of California title insurers led by Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. has moved once again to throw out an antitrust class action alleging the insurers conspired to fix the prices of title insurance, saying the plaintiffs lack standing and have failed to adequately plead an antitrust claim.
