Trump To Drop Census Citizenship Question Effort

Law360 (July 11, 2019, 5:52 PM EDT) -- President Donald Trump said Thursday that he is dropping further attempts to include a question about citizenship status on the 2020 census and will instead require the Commerce Department to gather the data separately after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the addition of the question.
