UPS, Drivers Ask Court To OK $6.5M Settlement

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 12:35 PM EDT) -- United Parcel Service Inc. and a group of current and former drivers have asked a court to give final approval to a settlement of up to $6.5 million, in a lawsuit accusing the company of failing to provide meal and rest breaks and not properly paying vacation wages.
