Trade Am Calls Out Insurer Over Confidential Doc

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 2:36 PM EDT) -- Home furnishings company Trade Am International Inc. is demanding recompense from Cincinnati Insurance Co., accusing the insurer of a "callous disregard" for legal and ethical obligations over its alleged refusal to return a confidential document it obtained during discovery in a coverage spat.

On Thursday, TradeAm filed a memorandum of law in support of its earlier motion to compel, blasting CIC for its refusal to return a confidential company document that it purportedly obtained without its knowledge or consent.
