All Claims In Deere ERISA Action To Head To Trial

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has decided that the full battery of claims will go to trial in a class action accusing farm equipment manufacturer Deere & Co. of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the terms of health benefit plans by cutting back or eliminating benefits.
