Case Over Apple Laptop Memory Slots Dismissed

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A judge has thrown out a group of proposed class actions alleging the memory slots on Apple Inc.'s PowerBook computers are defective, finding that the suits failed to state a claim for breach of implied warranty and unfair business practices.
