Final Claims Booted In Qwest Death Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 12:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out breach of fiduciary duty and other remaining claims in a putative class action challenging a 2005 decision by Qwest Communications International Inc.'s employee benefits plan to reduce a death benefit to a flat $10,000.
