Builders Sued Over Dallas Cowboys Facility Collapse

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 3:40 PM EDT) -- Two Dallas Cowboys employees seriously injured when a team practice facility collapsed earlier in 2009 have sued builders Summit Structures LLC and Cover-All Building Systems Inc. for allegedly overlooking serious structural design flaws and covering up shortcomings.
