Panasonic Sued Over Patent For Electronics Cooler

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 12:47 PM EDT) -- The owner of a patent that covers an apparatus for cooling electronic devices has filed suit against Panasonic Corporation of North America and Cooler Master USA Inc., accusing them of making and selling products that infringe one or more of the patent's claims.

Florida-based PhD Research Group Inc. lodged the complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
