DC Circ. Won’t Toss Diversity Visa Applicants’ Suit

Law360 (August 13, 2019, 1:54 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit found Tuesday that Yemeni and Iranian immigrants may still be entitled to diversity lottery visas that they had failed to obtain after President Donald Trump’s travel ban went into effect.
