Delta Wins More Time To Mull Jet Leases

Law360, New York (October 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has given the nod to Delta Air Lines Inc.’s bid for more time to decide whether it will scrap leases to operate 108 regional jets made by Canada's Bombardier Inc., further stalling a final decision on the fate of the aircraft.
